As part of the Growth Marketing team, I lead a team of 10 (editorial, events, SEO, video, benchmarks) and manage a pool of 20 freelancers (EN, DE, ES, FR, IT, JP) and video production agencies, driving demand generation and brand initiatives through content experiences for a global B2B SaaS business. I also work closely with regional marketing, partnerships, sales, creative, and product teams to create audience-first content (multi-segment, multi-geo). My day-to-day includes people management, content strategy, performance tracking, and project management activities that have a direct impact on sales, customer engagement, and retention. My responsibilities include short, mid and long-term strategy development, content planning, budget management, audits, localization, and editorial programs in various languages.
