Architected and executed a product-led growth content engine for a global B2B SaaS business (SMB+MM segments), managing a group of 10 and 20 freelancers/video agencies. Drove self-serve acquisition, activation, and retention through high-velocity content programs: launched monthly webinar series with industry influencers reaching Marketing, UX, and Product teams; created "Hotjar in 60 Seconds" video series for in-product education; scaled localization to 4 languages (500+ pieces) to reduce friction in international markets; and tested emerging distribution channels (The Juice, Taboola) to expand top-of-funnel reach.

Responsible for executing and delivering marketing and brand e-commerce plans for B2C and B2B in Europe. I led a team of 17 designers, copywriters, and creative managers to success to guide and orchestrate messaging, creative strategy and overall management of multi-channel campaigns for promotional sales and brand activations, including the most recent project, Your own Wayfair in the UK and Alles vom Deinsten in Germany.

Responsible for roadmapping, vision setting, and copy strategy. Leading a team of nine copywriters to drive brand consistency and bridge the gap between brand, marketing, and creative. Focus on European (UK,IE,DE) voice standards for global marketing campaigns as well as the upcoming launch of new verticals and Wayfair's international expansion.
